What's inside

  • Who it's for

Athletes, parents, and coaches. Athletes learn to train with a plan. Parents learn what safe, stage-appropriate training looks like, and coaches get a framework for programming a whole room.

  • What's included

Ten modules, each with a video lesson, a written lesson, and a worksheet or tool. That adds up to 22 videos and 16 downloads, including six training templates for the off-season and in-season.

  • What you'll be able to do

Pick a weight by how the set moves. Condition for six minutes of hard wrestling, keep getting stronger once the season starts, and build your own program from scratch.

Course Overview

Instructor

Bryce Wolcott

Bryce brings a master's degree in Medical Nutrition, a CSCS certification from the NSCA, and over two decades coaching wrestling to how he thinks about training and fueling athletes. At a performance and cancer care center, he works alongside physicians and registered dietitians as a strength coach and nutritionist, developing training and nutrition guidance based on each patient's lab values, symptoms, and clinical history. The patients he works with range from professional athletes to those in active treatment. He first brought his athletes to Wrestling Prep in 2013, drawn to Carolyn's principle-based approach and its alignment with his background in science. His courses apply that same principle-first thinking to how wrestlers train, fuel, recover, and compete.
