Bryce Wolcott

Bryce brings a master's degree in Medical Nutrition, a CSCS certification from the NSCA, and over two decades coaching wrestling to how he thinks about training and fueling athletes. At a performance and cancer care center, he works alongside physicians and registered dietitians as a strength coach and nutritionist, developing training and nutrition guidance based on each patient's lab values, symptoms, and clinical history. The patients he works with range from professional athletes to those in active treatment. He first brought his athletes to Wrestling Prep in 2013, drawn to Carolyn's principle-based approach and its alignment with his background in science. His courses apply that same principle-first thinking to how wrestlers train, fuel, recover, and compete.
