These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Wrestling Prep (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your purchase of, access to, and use of our online courses (“Wrestling Prep Courses”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using Wrestling Prep Courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Wrestling Prep Courses.
1. Access and Account Use
To access Wrestling Prep Courses, you may be required to create a user account (“Account”). You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your Account or allow others to access Wrestling Prep Courses using your credentials.
Unauthorized access or sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
2. License and Permitted Use
Wrestling Prep Courses are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or make Wrestling Prep Courses available to any third party, including teams, clubs, schools, or organizations, without prior written permission.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Share login credentials or course access with any third party.
Attempt to access another user’s account or interfere with platform security.
Use Wrestling Prep Courses for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary methods or content.
Disrupt or interfere with the operation of Wrestling Prep Courses or related systems.
4. Results Disclaimer
Wrestling Prep Courses are educational and instructional in nature. Individual results will vary based on factors including athlete effort, consistency, coaching context, and physical capacity. Wrestling Prep makes no guarantees regarding athletic performance, competitive outcomes, or injury prevention.
5. Refund Policy
Wrestling Prep Courses provide immediate access to proprietary digital content.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of purchase.
A 50% refund is available only if the User has not accessed content beyond the Introduction module.
Once content beyond the Introduction module is accessed, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be issued after 10 days, regardless of course progress.
Course access and progress are determined by platform activity. By purchasing a Wrestling Prep Course, you agree to this refund policy.
6. Privacy
Your use of Wrestling Prep Courses is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update tese Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. Continued use of Wrestling Prep Courses after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
